They serve good beer. Wait did I say they serve good beer. That's about all the good I can say. The bean burger and fries was less than desirable. The fries were limp floating in grease on the paper when they brought them out. The burger was cold. The $19 fried chicken meal came with 1 thigh and the runny mashed potatoes were gross. I wanted another drink to wash the food down, but the bartender felt if she refused to make eye contact I didn't need anything else. The other server was too busy on her phone to help out. So I had my 1 flight of drinks before me meal and nothing during or after. I guess I'd come back to enjoy a drink on the patio but won't eat here again.

As someone who works in the wine industry and enjoys visiting breweries wherever I travel, Analytical Brewing absolutely impressed me. The brewery has a beautiful, modern industrial feel with exposed brick, a clean taproom, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The manager was incredibly friendly and took the time to let us sample a few beers before we decided. I tried the Route 66 Blonde, Any Way You IPA, and the Elixir New England IPA. Each one was well-crafted, fresh, and true to style. The Route 66 Blonde was crisp and easy-drinking, the IPA had great hop character without being overpowering, and the Elixir was wonderfully juicy with the smooth mouthfeel you'd expect from a quality New England IPA. We also ordered the Hot Honey Cheese Curds, and they were fantasticβ€”crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, with just the right balance of sweetness and heat. It's obvious the team here takes pride in both their beer and their hospitality. If you're in Peoria and appreciate quality craft beer, great food, and genuinely friendly service, Analytical Brewing is absolutely worth the stop. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town! 🍻

We recieved spectacular service today from Emily and Josie!! This is a very beautiful establishment, and it transported us back to our former neighborhood spots in Denver, CO. We sat at the bar because we wanted to watch the game, that ended up being a great move because we recieved very attentive service. We decided to sample several items from the menu, starting with the Raspberry Kolsch and Blood Orange Marg. The Kolsh is seasonal, so smooth and delightful. For apps we ordered the pretzel and Thai chili caramel wings. Both very good, we could have made a meal of the pretzel alone! The wings could have had more heat and umami, but very tasty nonetheless. For entrees we ordered the grouper sandwich with Brussels, duck sausage with onion rings, and monthly burger of chopped beef with seasoned fries. We would order everything again except the grouper and Brussels. The grouper was too salty and Brussels were too liquidy, they needed to be charred. We finished the meal off with dessert, we ordered the brownie which sounded amazing... after waiting a few minutes we were informed the brownie was sold out. BUMMER! They only had their peanut butter cheesecake left, which we ordered. The p

2-18-26 We saw a segment on the local news station so we decided to give it a try and we are glad we did. Street parking can be a challenge at times. We are not beer drinkers but love that many breweries offer food as this one does. My wife had the blood orange margarita which she loved. πŸ‘ And yes the food was great! We both had the analytical burger and we both loved it! So many flavors packed onto it! It's a big burger! We could have split the burger and been happy. The fries and Onion rings are excellent! 🀀 The cheese curds are great! The atmosphere is inviting for sure! Plenty of seating. Several high tables and plenty of low. The chairs are somewhat small and a little uncomfortable after sitting for 30+ minutes. I did notice that the long table for bigger parties has wider more accommodating chairs. Decent amount of seating at the bar. As the weather gets nicer there will be outside seating. The quality and freshness of the food is much appreciated! The price is on par with this. Service was great when we were in on a Wednesday at 1:30 pm. I'm sure we'll be back to try more of their menu items. Welcome to the neighborhood guys!

UPDATE: Their Google data is fixed! They are on the corner of the building with the curved glass front (more on that later). Good looking venue that's a nice open concept. Looks like they have some overhead doors that will eventually open up to an outdoor street-side patio area. I sat at the bar but they had ample seating, both table and sofa. Of course everything was impeccably clean including utensils and bathroom. Today I only ordered a couple of beers that were brewed in Lexington and shipped over, but the owner says they will eventually shift to brew some small batches locally. Wait staff was super nice and attentive. Beers (1 barrel aged stout and 1 strawberry blonde) were basic but well done with good flavor. They are on the UNTAPPD app! So you can look up what is on tap before making the drive if you're a beer snob like me, lol. There are no hours listed on Google yet, but I was told they'll be open at 11:00 daily INCLUDING SUNDAYS! It's a medium sized venue with a side room for events, birthdays, etc. Pricing was very reasonable and in line with comparable places in town. I will be back for a meal and will provide an update. One item they'll need to consider is the amount
